Tony Poulos has been involved with software development and systems integration in travel and telecommunications for over 30 years. Tony has a strong telecom BSS knowledge in billing, revenue assurance, managed services, payments and mobile content delivery. In June 2011, Tony was recognized as one of the 25 most influential people in the telecom software industry.
Álvaro has more than 20 years of experience in the OSS/BSS industry. He joined WeDo 16 years ago, participated in its founding, worked as a Senior Manager of WeDo Solutions BU, leading many delivery projects in Europe, Latin America and Asia. Álvaro was the Vice President for Asia Pacific region since 2007, before his appointment as Vice President Professional Services on 2016 and recently as Chief Technology Officer, responsible for Product Development and Support as well.
Bernardo Lucas is WeDo Technologies Chief Marketing and Stratefy Officer. Previously, Bernardo worked as a project lead at US based Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he led technology, media, telecommunications, retail and financial services consulting projects. He holds an MBA from INSEAD with distinction.
Advanced Analytics Manager with over 17 years of experience in BI and Advanced Analytics projects. Her degrees in Statistics and Management make the perfect mix to response the day-to-day challenges in different business areas, such as Banking, Telco, Retail, etc. and in different business objective like Discount Analytics, Sales Forecast or Fraud Prediction.
Telecomunications Fraud, Risk And Investigations Consultancy
Internationally recognized subject matter expert on telecommunications fraud management with 25 years experience developing and reviewing all aspects of fraud operations for mobile and fixed operators in over 25 countries world-wide.
Darryl has been working in the telecommunications industry since 2009, first starting off as an IT consultant working on the High Speed Broadband project in Telekom Malaysia and BSS project in Celcom before joining Digi in 2012 as part of the Business Planning team. Darryl is currently the Head of Profitability Assurance in Digi.
Eric is a recognized expert on communications risk and assurance, and is the editor of Commsrisk.com. Eric currently sits on the committee of the Risk & Assurance Group, and is an editorial advisor to Black Swan

João is one of the founders of WeDo and has more than 20 years of experience in the telco industry. In WeDo João has led the company’s operations in Europe since 2007, before his appointment as Chief Operations Officer as the global responsible for sales and delivery.

10 years of experience working in financial and telecommunications industry across SEA region; contributed in successful execution of various organization IT and digital transformation programs.
Currently working in Robi Axiata Ltd as Revenue Assurance Manager since 2014 and experienced with over nine years in Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management function in three telecom operators in Bangladesh.
Miguel has 20 years of experience working in ICT and Electronic Payments. He joined WeDo Technologies in 2002 as the Product Manager of RAID. In 2006 left the company to take the role of Head of Operations – Cards for a retail bank. In 2009 returned to WeDo Technologies as Marketing & Alliances Manager, since 2011 he’s Business Development Manager for Asia-Pacific Region and he’s based in Sydney, Australia.
Navneet has 15+ Years of overall Telecom experience. He has worked for Ericsson on consulting assignments for Telecom operators in India, the Middle east and South East Asia and has a domain expertise in Digital Transformation, Revenue Management (Charging & Billing), Service Enablement and Machine to Machine / IoT
Joining WeDo Technologies in 2002, Nuno Pestana has worked in the regional teams delivering multiple RAID projects. He later join the Professional Services team were he was the responsible for the Rating and Billing Validation module. He is currently the responsible for the RAID Fraud Management Professional Services.
Having joined WeDo Technologies in 2007, during his career, has been directing, managing, developing and implementing projects as a Delivery Manager in the telecommunications sector, mainly on Asia Pacific region, in areas like Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management.

Before joining Maxis in 1998, Wilfred was in NEC Technical Support Centre for 3 years. Started off at Branch Management for Corporate & Consumer @ KLCC and joined the Fraud Department in 2007 as IT Support & Product Risk & Security Specialist.Currently handles Fraud Department operations and reports to Head of RA & Fraud.
